The case of the incident is 28th August 2022.
I placed an order for Babycorn chilly but Gobhi (Cauliflower) was sent to me. When I raised a complaint the team told they will reach out to me within 24 hours later they stated refund won't be initiated.
I simply asked for the refund when the item sent was wrong but Swiggy gave me no resolution, therefore its essential to file complain.
I do send photos for the verification but they bluntly told me that Picture cannot be authenticate and they refuse to attend me. I am not so stupid to even unable to differentiate Cauliflower and Babycorn.
So I write this to Swiggy support team with this complaint below :
They ignored me saying that the photo cannot be authenticate .This is deliver from Hot Spicy, Bangalore. This is my complaint number #[protected] and order number is #[[protected]] dated 28/08/2022, delivered at 1:40 AM.
I order Babycorn and they deliver me Cauliflower You ignore me saying that the picture cannot be authenticate . You should have the courtesy to face the truth and instead apologise to me but to my surprise you ignore me when I tried complaining about the issue.
