I have been facing late delivery/bad quality ossue with swiggy for over the past one month now. I jave had 6-7 bad experiences so frequently. And worst part is they do not even compensate you properly. This is blatant consumer harassment and abuse. I ordered a roll and value was Rs. 105. It was over an hour late and since the food woul already have been spoilt I cancelled the order and asked for refund. For all this harassment I had faced and had been facing for so long I demanded a coupon and they LITERALLY offered a coupon of Rs. 31, not even ONE THIRD of the order value. How is this in any way reasonable through no fault of the customer. They couldn't get through to the deluvery executive and this is not the first time it has happened. You cannot manage your own employees and we have to suffer for that and then you offer such a mocking amount in the name of compensation. Is this a joke.
