On 03.09.2022 I ordered egg biriyani from Banana leaf restaurant. The delivery partner came to my home to deliver the package. I found the raita was missing in the package, I ordered extra raita for Rs. 15/- with normal raita as well. Since the raita was not in the carry bag I asked the delivery partner, he then looked into his bag ( that was not even the Swiggy bag ) got one raita box separately without any seal, and gave it to me. I in a confused mindset received those. I opened the carry bag, the carry bag was not sealed it was open. The food box was also not sealed.
I raised this issue with the swiggy helpline. The official named Pritam and suvra were just harassed by asking for the same pics for almost an hour. I have attached every image regarding the issue. What more should I send, My image or something?? Was this information helpful? |
