I have received an email for an order I didn't even place. I haven't been using swiggy for more than 3 years.
I have no details about this order such as who made this order, how much was the amount, from which card was it charged if it was my card etc. This is because I cannot log in to this as the phone number associated has already been discarded long back.
I want to first deactivate the account and then delete all data associated with it.
Customer care keeps giving me excuses that they cannot delete the data.
I don't need a workaround like uninstalling the app (as you need to install it in the first place). Nor do I want to place any orders in Future.
