Hi Consumer forum,
I want to lodge a complaint against swiggy for wrong consumer practices.
I have been a very refular consumer of the food delivery app - Swiggy, And lately I have bene noticing wrong billing practices from them.
As you can see from the screenshot documents I have shared from one of my orders, The displayed amount of the food items has been totalled from the amount which has been marked slashed (i.e /) If the amount has been marked as not being used why is the total being showed from that amount only. This deceives the consumer as the displayed total of the order is less.
I request you to please investigate on this.
