I ordered 1 kulcha chole and 1 chole rice from tandoori style through swiggy order number #[protected] first i received the wrong order. Instead of what i ordered they sent me paneer and naan, when i raised a complaint they said they'll replace the order free of cost and it will reach in about 30 minutes order number #[protected] which actually took more than an hour after which when i tried the chole rice they were stale, tasted sour and was having a foul smell. When i again called swiggy they denied any compensation and asked me to mail the issue for assistance

I was committed a refund of 500 which was not done and the second agent just denied the same as was rude on the chat when j said I will escalate the case.
