I really hate swiggy service & worst customer support ever seen.
You people just send the same forward Email to all the customers for all problems. You never understand the real problem of customers.
I have ordered for 3 items but Received only 1 item, While receiving only i checked with delivery person he just replied that only 1 item was given by Restaurant but i showed my order details & asked him he simply said me to contact customer care,
I called the customer care & said my issue with the order, your customer support agent had said me to be on hold for 2min by that he will check the details but he had put me on hold for 20 min which is not acceptable, i disconnected the call & called again this time your other agent asked me to use chat support, if still problem is not resolved then asked me to contact on call. Ok fine i thought & used the chat support at that time i opened the item which i received seeing it i was shocked that i received mutton fry.
Then i understand that my total order was misplaced by the delivery person or Restaurant, the same i raised the complaint you people simply say the photo didn't pass the quality check ?
For missing items how could i send the photos ? Even i uploaded very clear photos still wantedly you are cheating customers... What investigation swiggy has done to understand the problem ? We trust you & pay in advance to receive food what we want but you are cheating the customers.
after multiple emails also no proper response, swiggy simply asking me to complaint to FSSAI.
Why should i Reach FSSAI ? Here the problem is not about the quality of the food, the problem is about delivery which is done by swiggy, so here the problem is with swiggy, i have not received what i ordered, the payment i have done to swiggy so answer & resolving the issue should be done by swiggy only not by the Restaurant or FSSAI...
