Swiggy — Wrong items received

Hi,

I received incorrect food delivery, I raised the concern with customer service but they're not being helpful and sharing some bot responses. They are not attending my concern. Please go through the image shared.

The invoice clearly shows a different number, which is not my registered contact number also the food item is different which I cannot consume, this is unacceptable.

There's no point of sharing wrong images as I donot make momos myself.

This is something related about the courtesy to serve the customers properly, as no one will accept these behaviours, when someone is paying for a service.

Awaiting for a favourable response.
