I am highly frustrated, irritated and feeling a little helpless after the situation i was put into last night, that is 12th February 2022 at around 8:30 PM.
Firstly i have placed an order through swiggy from the restaurant, Nagarjuna chimney, order Number[protected]
The delivery guy handed over the order and ran away fast. On checking the items in the bag i found out that he has given me the wrong order (i have attached the wrong order bills in this complaint). My order (details attached).
So as usual i started chatting with the swiggy customer executives and after repeatedly telling them that i want a full refund as i have received the wrong order all they said was sorry for the inconvenience and all they can do is refund a token amount of Rs. 800 and please know my order amount is Rs. 3, 514. I told them that i dont want the token 800 and want only the full refund. The supervisor and the mail team said the same and refunded me onmy Rs. 800.
I had earlier called the restaurant and they said that they have sent the full order with the delivery executive and he must have switched it as this has happened before. At the end neither swiggy nor the restaurant are responsible for the problem but i as a customer who has been placing order from swiggy from the day they started their business has to face the consequences.
This is totally a scam and swiggy has stolen my money and i have no trust in swiggy anymore and i will never order from here again. But i want my money back and that is final. I am ready to raise this issue to whereever i can until i get justice! So i am asking here again to settle the matter and refund the money that is rightfully mine.
