Swiggy — wrong product received with no special message

I booked cake order number [protected] of butter scotch cake with comments mentioned "happy birthday" but received blank cake of other than "butter scotch cake".

I informed swigg over chat approximately 20 times but each time they accept thier mistake but not able to compensate.

Swigg accept their mistakes but not accept to compensate as this was mistake by swigg.

I didnt get the pepsi can 330 ml which i had ordered it
This is the second time this is happening if this is case with swiggy guyz i would file a complant against swiigy
