Sir, My meter was changed to digital meter on[protected], since then i receive unusually excess billing. Before the meter change my average consumption was around 220 units per month.After the change it is 690 per month.almost three times.Hence I request you to check my meter connection and my consumption. Dear Sir, I am residing preiyasamy at nachiur, pottananm (po) namakkal . as my house is located at the corner, the EB post damaged ..i complained about it in the EB Person in puthansanthi, But kindly take immediate action before any unforeseen incident happens. We are staying in Thoraipakkam. EB staffs are removing the main fuse and asking us to pay the bill. But the bill was already paid online. We went to EB office near Chennai One-IT SEZ, Thoraipakkam. There is no response from them. They are not behaving in a good manner and carelessly speaking. We are facing the issue once in two months. Please check this issue and ensure that this issue will not be repeated in future with other consumers....

our home is suiated in sri devi vaishnavi nagar which comes under AVADI 110KVA SS. At sadasivamnagar 4th link road, madipakkam the power cables are sagging. The cables are running at very low and in dangerous constdition. Monitoring with madipakkam ae & others concerned. According to them the post requires replacement. The power cables are lying such a low level before any fatal incident happens, immediate and on priority
