We lost our EB card. On 25.06.14 i went to the EB office in Keelkattalai, chennai and submitted my request for new card. The AE acknowledged the request and gave the letter to another staff who asked me to come the next day. Again i went to the EB office on 26.06.14 to collect the card. Hi, We used to have an average consumption of 500-600 units per billing cycle (two months). However last cycle we found the consumption had increased to 2700 units. We suspect there is some fault in the meter as we did not install any electrical gadget in past 6 months.
