Dear Complaints Team,
On 28 June 2023 under the Tanishq Golden Harvest Scheme, I bought digital gold for ten thousand rupees. The receipt was never delivered to my inbox and the transaction never reflected on the account.
I connected to the chat and was told “that happens, it was a drop order, not to worry, it will be refunded within 5-7 working days”.
The money has not been refunded, I have requested the refund via chat, phone calls, and emails (Ticket #[protected]). They always asked for the same details which I have furnished, the site used (https://www.tanishq.co.in/#home), my bank account, PAN
Card, etc, everything they have requested. The supervisors/customer executives I have talked to always say the same
words, the same standard apologies and said the issue will be resolved. I have chatted, e-mailed, and talked to many different agents.
However, the money has not been refunded.
Please take up this matter with the concerned teams to do the needful at the earliest.
