Dear Concern, I opened Golden Harvest scheme in tanishq GH 118095011, I visited tanishq store for shopping from my Golden harvest scheme, after 2 hours of shopping at the time of billing the tanishq sales and accounts executives said that my GH Scheme is not working today and voucher not redeem, they said please come after 2 days, , then i had visited 2 to 3 times, but didnt get any successful responce from tanishq jewelley store, , then i decided to contact customer service executive, then i called they said to me that share the mail with cancel cheque { in which bank account you want refud money} and mention the GH scheme number and your query, , so i just did it accordingly as they said to me, , , but after sending the mail, , i get responce in which TANISHQ THE TATA BRAND that clearly MEntioned ""APOLOGIES FOR THE DELAY IN OUR RESPONCE, WE ARE UNABLE TO PROCESS YOUR E VOUCHER AND MONEY REFUND REQUEST DUE TO UNAVOIDABLE TECHNICAL ISSUES, WE REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY VISIT AGAIN AT TANISHQ STORE, OUR SHOWROOM TEAM WILL BE ABLE TO PROVIDE OFFLINE SOLUTION"""
Now Please Tell the rubbish is this, , i already visited 3 times at tanishq store,
Kindly do the needful for me
I am really hopeless
My Golden Harvest Scheme number is 118095011
Almost 40k amount in this scheme
Please help, , ,
