I would like to raise a complaint on an issue with non-receipt of an EMI refund cheque lingering for last 3 months. Taken a car loan, account no. [protected]. I sold the car (Honda City) and foreclosure amount cheque submitted on the 1st / 2nd of May, 14. The ECS EMI was due on the next day.
