Sir, I have been complaining about problems in SET TOP BOX since few months. Few months back your service person ( I cannot call them technician as they are lacking basic knowledge of handling set top box, which I can understand myself as an engineer) suggested to change the BOX by paying Rs. 700, which we agreed. Till now we have the problems of BOX getting hanged & not responding to remote, inspite of getting signal indication on box. Also everytime, we complain, a new person comes to attend with altogether new ideas & always a ready excuse that LAST PERSON ATTENDED HAS NOT DONE CORRECT SETTING & NOW IT SHOULD WORK FINE. My question- why everytime they change the person attending the same client for same problem?? it means they don't have capable staff to solve. There has been shake up at top management of TATAS & also the same is needed at base level to restore the performance level. I REALLY DONT RECOMMEND TATA SKY TO ANY ONE NOW.
