Discontinuing channels

The complaint
1. They send SO MANY RIDICULOUS messages via their set top box ... they didnt inform.
2. They didnt inform even while receiving subscription fees
3. The customer care (worse people who just know to say - Sir please keeping on hold ....etc) --- do not have a clue as to why these channels are discontinued...

Deduction in Recharged Amount

Scam Policies

I am a Tata Sky set top box user for 6 months now. The monsoon season has been my worst experience with the Tata Sky connection. With the slightest of rain or wind the connection gets lost and keeps coming and going intermittently. Moreover the range of channels on tata sky is very poor when compared to regular cable even. I have decided to stop using Tata Sky, but what do I do with the Dish and STB since I have paid close to Rs 3000 to install...

Set-top-box went out of order within about 20 days of replacement.The subsequent replacement has not been done even after 6 days.Complaints were lodged continuously for three days.E-mails were sent..Assurances were given for immediate replacement.words not kept. Not working for over one week - no response for the complaint

With great enthusiasm through their Delhi call centre I opted for upgrade of my Tata Sky Plus set box about a month back - they directed over the phone to someone in Bangalore ( Perhaps) who over the phone took details of my credit card and payment of Rs 3999/- was taken. The understanding was that some engineer will visit my site and install HD box and take away Tata Sky Plus set box for Rs 500/-.

I HAD COMPLAINED REGARDING NO SIGNAL TO TATASKY(REF NO 1-[protected]). THE COMPLAINT WAS RESOLVED BY TATASKY SERVICE ENGINEER ON 19 APRIL AND THE SETTOP BOX WAS WORKING FINE. BUT ON 19 APR THE SERVICE ENGINEER RETURNED TO MY HOUSE TOLD MY WIFE THAT TWO OF THE CHANNELS ARE NOT HAVING PROPER SOUND AND REPLACED THE SET TOP BOX. TATASKY HAS DEDUCTED RS 350 FOR THE SAME. NO Proper Signal

I am not getting proper signal for the last 2 months even it rains like sombody sprinking water. My neighbours are watching happily and my family sitting in disgust even my wife is not talking with me because she cannot watch her serials. Tata sky are sending engineers who are incompentent and canot solve the problems. I only get compalint numbers when i speak to them. Sir, i am relly fed up now...

Unnecessary deactivate service
