TATA SKY shuts down Channels out of the Annual Pac

I had subscribed for SUPREME SPORTS PACK for 1 Year.

Today, all of a Sudden, their INDIA CRICKET PACK is not showing up.
I called up Customer Care, and their representative MR. SARWAN SINGH says that the channel was never a part of my package. And he says that I might be lying that...

Cheating by tatasky

Hello Sir / Madam,

This is to inform that I have been cheated by the Tatasky. While Purchase of new Setupbox.

I placed an order to buy one HD plus and 3 HD setup box to be installed at my home to near by authorised dealer of Tatasky.
Two people came from Tatasky to install the setup box and charged
4860/- for HD plus box
2800/-...

Wrong commitment

about 3 months ago i recieved a call from tatasky they told us that there is one month free subscription for active games and do you want to continue it then i refused and till that day they are charging me Rs. 45 per month without any further notice/information........

Extremely poor Service

My set top box stopped functioning & put a complaint on 18th Feb 2012 towards it. It took 2 weeks for Tata Sky people to correct the same & during this period I have had to contact them countless number of times & speak with several supervisors to get this done.
When this was corrected (on March 3rd), I received call from an Executive by the name of Mohmmad ( I dont remember the full name) who called probably from Hyderabad...

Recharged but not getting Service

Don't want to resolve problem

Account activation and Cheating

On Sat 28 Jan'12, I baught new TATA SKY HD subscription that is delivered and installed on Mon 30 Jan,12.
Two gentlemen came with the dish and digicomp and installed the dish and turn on the STB and said that it's ok now.

Wrong Communication of Amount charged
