dear sir,

i am using last almost 2 years using tata sky but last two months i am facing problem.
1) tata sky digi com sound not coming so compy was replaceing my digi com wwith nominal charges.
2)this giving new digi come last one week contineous reboot it self.

    We have 2 TATA Sky sets at our residence.Our Subscriber No. is [protected] .From 23.12.2008 F.N. one of the two sets became inoperative; no power was coming to the Adapter and the set-top box.So, I reported it to your No.[protected] by my Cell phone No.[protected] .The Complaint was registered ; the Complaint No. is[protected] .2 gentlemen came today at 10-00 hrs and changed the Adapter and the TV set is now functioning. .The Adapter now fitted was, however, not unpacked in our presence;there was no sealed packet.It was dusty and looked old, if notused already.Those gentlemen were asked by us to bring a fresh Adapter in sealed packaged condition and refit it for our acceptance of the Work Order.Rthey promised to do it on 1.1.2009 /2.1.2009. We are sorry to say that we had a doubt as one of the gentlemen said, on being asked by us, that there was no guarantee /warranty for the Adapter now given while the other gentleman said that it was for 6 months.Confronted with their contradictory statements in the same breath, they phoned up some one (not known to us ) and said that the Guarantee /Warranty is for 3 months.
    We do hope that you will appreciate the Customer`s angle and take remedial action.
    We do expect response from your end shortly.

    Tata Sky Satellite Television — Wire / cable problem in Tata Sky Satellite TV

    Approx two months before Tata Sky Satellite Television has been installed at my TV set under subscriber ID No.[protected] at my residence at 259/1/2, Raipur Road (2nd floor), Kolkata-700092.

    In this connection please note that the following :

    1. The cable given by you, connecting the set top box and the antenna, is short in length in comparison to scheduled length should be given to the subscriber. Due to shortage of cable I am not able to move my TV set inside the room. I informed the same to the person who installed the connection about a month ago, but still acction has not been taken.

    2. There is a problem in the small cable connecting set top box and TV set. Due to which the quality of picture is not good.
    For experiment I changed the said cable and fitted another subscriber's cable, then the picture was crystal clear.

    So you are requested to send concerned person to solve my above two problems immediately.

    Tata Sky Satellite Television — Poor Service/ False Promotion/ Cheating of Service

    Dear Sir,

    I Purchased a Tata Sky DTH Connection In Jan 2010 and I used the same for around 9 months with little bit of issues which I never complaint , But when I actually want a change the dish to a different place with in the same Building as there was some construction work is going on and it may cause damage to the Dish and the Receiver and when Informed the same they (tata Sky company) has informed me that they would charging 350/- INR for doing the service for which I accepted (complaint # 1-[protected]) and they have deducted the amount from my account immediately, and their executive never turned up to my place for doing the necessary changes as requested, in the mean time the labour who came to work for the construction purpose have removed the dish from the location which caused damage to the dish and the receiver and even when informed them the same they never responded
    Below are the details of the customer care executives with whom I spoke and recorded my complaints

    21 Oct 2010 Compalint # 1-[protected] Result : No one approched or worked on the fault Satish is the executive
    3rd Nov 2010 record number : 1-[protected] after 1 hour they called me up and informed that they would come down to my place and repair the fault record number # 1-[protected] and till 23rd Nov there is no response from them and when I called them they( Mahuri bearing the empid # 47090 with complaint # 1-[protected]) has spoke and expressed her inabilitity to connect to the supervisior or to resolve the issue and she particularly informed me that her supervisiors or the manager is not avaialble to speak with the customer, and she also informed that I will get a call in 2 hrs from her manager if possible.

    Please help me with this inaffencient or irr-responsible and cheating of the service by taking the amount before the fault is resolved....

      In the name of the new service/equipment the equipment has been priced at a very high price and in the name of the packages - they have priced the subscriptions fees sky high. The total package cost 5000 rupees and the next best is only 3000 per annum and that does not provide all the channels - there are certain channels like colors - tirumala devasatanam channels which are telecasted free by other DTH subscribers and cable operators. This is being charged by TATA SKY. Also the new tamil channels like JAYA Plus, Jaya Max the other old tamil channels like Raj, Raj digital plus, SS Music has not been added for more than a year now. There is no information about such channels from the helpline and i have placed/enquired about this several times but no proper response and each time for enquiry i have called an andhra helpline number where for south only that is the number given and i land up in paying only std charges and the response was worst.

      More over the pamplets circulated provide a different picture and the helpline people state entirely different picture and this i feel is exploiting consumers in the name of technology. This has not been invented by tata sky to price it at this sky high price and as this is available in world else where other than india, tata sky being pioneer is looting the indian consumers stating 50 % discount and pricing at 5000 rs. after discount. The original price may not even exceed Rs. 2000 and the packages also to be reviewed and revised by tata sky.

      Dear Sir,
      I fully agree with the services provided by Tatsky are below par and putting on new packs on the shelfs without caring for the the simple structuring of channels as provided by others is noteworthy.
      All the audio FM channels are broadcast free even on the Dur(oo)dharshan-DTH.
      Even update of their web sites is below par.
      I was given info about the exchange offer ending on 14th Jan 2009 and the other day i was told it was extended.
      On the we it is still publisised as ending on 14th Jan.
      I hope you can gather many a complaints like this and put it across to Tatsky.

      M sorry uve had a bad experiece with their customer support, its just that i have had a different opinion. I have had a couple of queries and complaints that i had and to my surprise they have always been prompt and quite helpful. As far as the channels are concerned they have all that mentioned in the packages so one shld opt for it only if its suitable.
      I totally disagree. First, you bought the package on your free will, knowing the cost. When you bought the package you knew exactly which packages you were going to get. Also, they never promised that certain channels will be added. Tata Sky may have its own costs. I dont understand as to how you can determine which is the just price to charge. Tata Sky plus is worth the money. No other DVR has this facility. so your complaints have no basis.
      I got tatasky in the month of october 2008 and feel good

          i have taken tat sky...i have recharged it with it`s super value pack of rs.260...and some add on packs also...which comes down to rs.400...and my second tv also...which comes down to rs.125...so the total is rs...525...but the customer care executive told me that it cost you around rs 640 for two tv`s...
          and the person who came for installation told me that the tata sky is on pro-rata...basis...but the customer care executive told me somthing else ...so i want someone who knows the clear thing should contact me...
          my cell number is [protected]...please i will be grateful if some tat sky officer or executive contacts me and gives me a clear image...otherwise i turn off the tata sky and go to some legal complaint against them of misguiding the customer towards a product.

            I made payment of INR 2600.00 to one Imtiyaz (A dealer for Tata sky) mobile no +91 [protected], for a recharge of 10 months, as he suggested a 10 month subscription will mean access of the service for 12 months as per the scheme.
            To my horror and surprise every month when I get message on my screen that I need to recharge my subscription again I call the guy and he does 1 month recharge of INR300.00, this month again I have recieved the same message on my screen and I call the guy, but now he doesn't take my call.
            Have also written, spoken to various Call centre complaint people but to no avail.
            This has probably been the most horrendous TV viewing experience of my life, and the brand TATA where my wife is also employed leaves a very bad taste in the mouth.
            I wish someone from the Tata Sky cell gets back and solves my misery and puts the Fraudulent guy Imtiyaz ([protected], Somewhere in Jamia nagar, )to task, for the malpractice.
            I shall be thankful, if this can be sorted out.

              Hi, pLease advice ..i want to disconnect tatasky as Other DTH providers offers a cheaper price of 499 ..Even i have paid a 1500 for the new connection and paying a min of 200 /month, i guess opt for Sun will be benefitable ..

              Any idea whether any amount will be refunded by tatsky if i disconnects and what the procedure if so ??thanks

              Tata Sky will take your money in a second, but when it comes to canceling the service and refunding the balance, you could run pillar to post for days. Every service official in their call center is programmed to apologise for their mistakes or wrong information but would keep asking you to call again, or write again, or worse that they will follow up but never do making you wait and waste days altogether of your valuable time. It has happened to me just now. Two days prior to the expiry of my subscription, I logged in to my account on their website tatasky.com, and found out that my recharge amount for next six months was Rs. 3800. Accordingly I went ahead and made an online payment. Next day their rep called and admitted that the website has been carrying wrong information since 1st March and the actual price is Rs. 4090. I gave them two options: Either honour their committed price of Rs. 3800, or cancel my account. This is before the expiry date. For the past three days, not only are they not cancelling my account, but are charging me on a daily basis at a hefty monthly rate of Rs. 1134. Is this fair or ethical? I have started writing in various forums including Consumer forums to let everyone know how in India big companies arm-twist small consumers like me to cough up more money and post unauthorised charges to their accounts. Shame on Tata people.
              (P.S. They have today updated their website to reflect the new charges.)

                  Kindly take stock of the unnecessary arguments on the part of Tata Sky Service Engineering staff [protected]. Every now and then when the customer says that the cable with joints installed at my house is a fulty connection, Tata Sky Service Engineers contact its bosses +[protected] and get the instructions to get the job done at the earliest possible and don't take notice of the instructions of the customer. He directs that twist the cable and when the customer will get problems of getting No Signal instructions he will manage himself by twisting or tilting the joints,

                  keep on tilting the joints and the children will report from the ground floor to the third floor by making loud noises that yes! now the picture is on the screen. What a great drama we play to purchase TATA SKY connection. The neighbour laugh at us and we bow our head due to our over confidence on TATA's.

                  What a great efficient service provider is TATA SKY. May God bless you all the Officials and Sevice Engineers and you people continue to provide such a good service to its customers. Connection installed is a faulty connection as the cable have joints. Every now and then the Screen shows that there is no signal but the official whenever be in your contact will give you the lip promises. The only and stale reply WE SHALL GET THE CONNECTION CHECKED.

                  Yes! The officials and customer care executive are best at their end. You keep on trying to[protected] you will be connected to TATA SKY and as you are so stupid that you called the efficient company and the computer feeded instructions you will get. For information in English Press 1, for Hindi Press 2, for Punjabi Press 3. You may try to press either or all keys one by one though you can talk in each of the language prscribed but the company will give you the instruction that Sorry you have not pressed either of the key in 5 seconds. Same is the case with Toll Free No. of TATA SKY. In case you dial[protected] you will get same instructions. If you happen to dial the Company's official he will direct you that why you have called me. Dial Toll Free number.

                  This is the system of a Service Provider like TATA SKY. Whether I should report the matter to The Secretary, Ministry of Information & Broadcasting for resolving my grievances.

                  It is heartening to learn that the fault of your Service Engineer to install wrong Dish Antenna of TATA SKY should be penalized to the Cusomer. What a great Company's decision. Bravo! Keep on thrusting the charges on the customers and the company will be blessed. I agree that I should be penalized but the honourable officials kindly let me know my fault. It is a matter of great concern that the reputed company like TATA treat its customers IRRESPECTIVE OF HON'BLE JAMSHED JI TATA'S FAMILY, WITH THE HONOURABLE EXCEPTION OF THE PRESENT TATA SONS CONCERN, ARE NOT IN FAVOUR OF THE CUSTOMER. I had hoped that the Management of TATA SKY will give its judgement in the best interests of the country and its countrymen.

                  Due to the reputation of TATA's I did not opt DISH TV whereas the C&F of Dish TV is just opposite to our residence and M/S. Johnson Electricals, Railway Road, Phagwara the distributor is very close to our family who objected to us on the purchase of TATA SKY. I felt sorry for not purchasing DISH TV. This was the cause that I have to leave my town to purchase the connection from Jalandhar City about 22 KMs far away place from my house as I have great regard to TATA for their incredible services to the nation.

                  Today the Service Engineer from TATA SKY [protected] visited our house and I show them the location where the previous Service Engineer has installed the dish at our house. The concerned Engineer says though it has been installed in the wrong location. But we can not change this location without approval. Then he called someone the concerned official and told me that we shall charge Rs. 350/- to get it changed to the proper location. I said this is not my fault as the Dish is planted at about 4 feet high and the point is where the children used to cross one top floor to other. He said the official who has sent us to your house say not to get it shifted without getting the amount of Rs. 350/-. Sir, as it is a fault of the TATA SKY's Engineer and now the charges are being levied to the customer that is a great highhandedness by the Tata Sky Officials.

                  Secondly my balance now shows Rs. 2500/- but the validity day is being shown as 24/11/2008. Why not TATA SKY shows clear cut amount and the date of validity of my account. My balance is shown ZERO. What a great cumbersome position. When I asked Tata Sky Engineer he said you keep it in your knowledge that when the connection has been installed and when 400 days will be over. Calculate 400 days so the date of expiry and validity will be according to your calculation. What a great joke.

Whether I can not move out from my home to attend other engagements. Whether Service Engineer finalized the date and time of working previously, if not then whether I have got the initution that today the Service Engineer will come to get the installation. Whether I am bound that the Service Engineer has been in my town for another engagement so I should reach home on the spot to receive him and get his dictation. Why the Service Engineer is misbehaving with me. What is my fault. Whether I have harmed TATA SKY to get the TATA SKY connection. Kindly specify.



                  I got a call from you yesterday from [protected]. The details of the faults had been discussed by you and it was intimated to you that the location of the installed Dish is not right and you agreed to my plea. Today I got a call from +[protected]. The called person argued with me and telling me that it is your fault as the Dish had been installed in the presence of other family members. I said when I had already told you that the location should be finalized in my presence then why did not you wait for my arrival. The calling person behaves rudely and told me that we shall charge Rs. 350/- as shifting charges. I said that the fault is yours then why should I pay. He told that if you will not pay we shall charge the installation charges from your account and debit the balance with said account. Madam as it is not my fault so I am not ready to pay even a single pie.



                  If Tata Sky don't like to settle the dispute due to its DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE then I shall have to file the case under Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

                  My initial experience with TATA SKY IS VERY BAD. In fact now I am realizing that I made a blunder taking TATA Sky Service. As I had been using VSNL ( Tata Indicom Dial up service) from the last 8-10 years so due to the reputation I got in to the trap.

                  I purchased the connection of TATA SKY on 21st Nov 2008 from M/S. Happy Satellite & Telecom, Opp. Amar Guest House, Near Bhagat Singh Chowk, Phagwara Gate, Jalandhar to be installed at my residence at B-xxx/63, Nehru Nagar, St. No. 2, Railway Road, Phagwara.



                  There is no process absolutely defined for new connection. You don't know what to do once you pay Rs. 3800/- i.e. Rs.1300/- vide Cash Retail invoice no, 3080 dt. 21/11/2008 + Rs. 2500/- vide cash invoice no. 3081 dt. 21/11/2008. What to do with the set top box after paying RS. 3800/- the discount of Rs. 200/- for the scheme of Rs. 3999/-. On my request the request was registered with Tata Sky Service Centre to enable the installation.



                  On 21st Nov. 2008 I got an SMS from Tata Sky that Their Service team will contact to confirm work time.



                  On 22nd Nov 2008 the Service Engineer from No.[protected] called me that we are coming to install the DTH Tata Sky connection at your house. I said Sir, I am at Ludhiana at present and it would be better if the said unit be installed in my presence as I shall be available to view the location of installation.



                  Any how the service Engineer reached our house and get it installed. There are pixellation problems. But not to care. I called the seller of the instrument to get the problem rectified and get my voucher recharged but only lip promises he made neither charged the voucher nor get the pixellation problems removed. If there is a kitch pich then why to shell out Rs. 4000/- to get mental harassment why not to use normal Cable. Though it gives poor services as compare to cable specially in rainy season as I had heard but the service will be so poor I have never thought.



                  At initial stage as I had purchased Super Family + plus pack for Rs. 2500/-+ Rs. 1500/-=Rs. 4000/--Rs. 200/- discount=Rs. 3800/-. Almost half of the channels are not being telecasted. Some of the important channels are not being telecasted after paying for the maximum amount demanded by the dealer. This is totally ridiculous.

The called person argued with me and telling me that it is your fault as the Dish had been installed in the presence of other family members. The calling person behaves rudely and told me that we shall charge Rs. 350/- as shifting charges. I said that the fault is yours then why should I pay. He told that if you will not pay we shall charge the installation charges from your account and debit the balance with said account.                   If Tata Sky don't like to settle the dispute due to its DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE then I shall have to file the case under Consumer Protection Act, 1986.

The drama to Press 1 for English language, Press 2 for Hindi and Press 3 for Punjabi ends with the intimation that you have not pressed any one within 5 seconds. The clear-cut method of dozing the customer.

                  It is heartening to learn that the fault of your Service Engineer to install wrong Dish Antenna of TATA SKY should be penalized to the Cusomer. What a great Company's decision. Bravo! Keep on thrusting the charges on the customers and the company will be blessed. I agree that I should be penalized but the honourable officials kindly let me know my fault. It is a matter of great concern that the reputed company like TATA treat its customers IRRESPECTIVE OF HON'BLE JAMSHED JI TATA'S FAMILY, WITH THE HONOURABLE EXCEPTION OF THE PRESENT TATA SONS CONCERN, ARE NOT IN FAVOUR OF THE CUSTOMER. I had hoped that the Management of TATA SKY will give its judgement in the best interests of the country and its countrymen.

                  Due to the reputation of TATA's I did not opt DISH TV whereas the C&F of Dish TV is just opposite to our residence and M/S. Johnson Electricals, Railway Road, Phagwara the distributor is very close to our family who objected to us on the purchase of TATA SKY. I felt sorry for not purchasing DISH TV. This was the cause that I have to leave my town to purchase the connection from Jalandhar City about 22 KMs far away place from my house as I have great regard to TATA for their incredible services to the nation.

                  Today the Service Engineer from TATA SKY [protected] visited our house and I show them the location where the previous Service Engineer has installed the dish at our house. The concerned Engineer says though it has been installed in the wrong location. But we can not change this location without approval. Then he called someone the concerned official and told me that we shall charge Rs. 350/- to get it changed to the proper location. I said this is not my fault as the Dish is planted at about 4 feet high and the point is where the children used to cross one top floor to other. He said the official who has sent us to your house say not to get it shifted without getting the amount of Rs. 350/-. Sir, as it is a fault of the TATA SKY's Engineer and now the charges are being levied to the customer that is a great highhandedness by the Tata Sky Officials.

                  Secondly my balance now shows Rs. 2500/- but the validity day is being shown as 24/11/2008. Why not TATA SKY shows clear cut amount and the date of validity of my account. My balance is shown ZERO. What a great cumbersome position. When I asked Tata Sky Engineer he said you keep it in your knowledge that when the connection has been installed and when 400 days will be over. Calculate 400 days so the date of expiry and validity will be according to your calculation. What a great joke.

                    I too have experienced similar problem, very frequently.
                    When I called there call center, he suggested some basic tricks like restart the set top box etc, but none of them worked. Then, he gave up saying he can't do much. WHAT A RESPONSE!!!
                    This problem was not couple of years back, but now it is quite frequent, even when there are only cloudy and no rains, the set top box fail to receive signals.

                      Tata sky is not showing all the free to air channels esp. a lot of music channels. At the same time they have no set date on when they would add these channels. I have raised this complaint a number of times with Tata Sky, but they are not ready to give anything in writing. All they do is call me and tell me that they are working on it and the channels would be added soon, but they are not ready to put this in writing.

                        My Subcriber id is [protected]. On 21st Nov'08 my digicard balance reached zero (0) and i was out of station from 22nd Nov to 1st Dec therefore i have not recharged my account. On 2nd Dec' 08 i have recraged my account with Rs. 200 & found that my account balance is Rs.176.62. From customer care i came to know that i have been provided with a three (3) days grace period after my balanvce become 0 & that has been charged now. Please note that i have not asked for any grace period & therefore i will not beer that charge. Further, in your contract documents also no where it has been mentioned that 3 days grace period will be chargable. I take this as a voluntary service and therefore tata sky should beer the charge.

                        I am giving you 3 days time to sort out this matter & to withdraw the charges for those 3 days and to credit my account with the same amount.

                        i case the matter has not been solved by you within 3 days i will refer this matter to consumer forum to resolve this matter.

                          My initial experience with TATA SKY IS VERY BAD. In fact now I am realizing that I made a blunder taking TATA Sky Service. As I had been using VSNL ( Tata Indicom Dial up service) from the last 8-10 years so due to the reputation I got in to the trap.
                          I purchased the connection of TATA SKY on 21st Nov 2008 from M/S. Happy Satellite & Telecom, Opp. Amar Guest House, Near Bhagat Singh Chowk, Phagwara Gate, Jalandhar to be installed at my residence at B-xxx/63, Nehru Nagar, St. No. 2, Railway Road, Phagwara.

                          There is no process absolutely defined for new connection. You don't know what to do once you pay Rs. 3800/- i.e. Rs.1300/- vide Cash Retail invoice no, 3080 dt. 21/11/2008 + Rs. 2500/- vide cash invoice no. 3081 dt. 21/11/2008. What to do with the set top box after paying RS. 3800/- the discount of Rs. 200/- for the scheme of Rs. 3999/-. On my request the request was registered with Tata Sky Service Centre to enable the installation.

                          On 21st Nov. 2008 I got an SMS from Tata Sky that Their Service team will contact to confirm work time.

                          On 22nd Nov 2008 the Service Engineer from No.[protected] called me that we are coming to install the DTH Tata Sky connection at your house. I said Sir, I am at Ludhiana at present and it would be better if the said unit be installed in my presence as I shall be available to view the location of installation.

                          Any how the service Engineer reached our house and get it installed. There are pixellation problems. But not to care. I called the seller of the instrument to get the problem rectified and get my voucher recharged but only lip promises he made neither charged the voucher nor get the pixellation problems removed. If there is a kitch pich then why to shell out Rs. 4000/- to get mental harassment why not to use normal Cable. Though it gives poor services as compare to cable specially in rainy season as I had heard but the service will be so poor I have never thought.

But in 07th oct. 11am i came to the dealer, The dealer said, " I have resister the service associates will contact u". But at 6pm on 7thOct. when I contact to the south/east zone coustmer care they will tell me no such registration is made in my name MANOJ KUMAR PATRA .At that time they will register my card no & digi comp. no. & give me the ID No.-[protected]. they give me the word that before 11am of 8th oct my work is done &give me a message in my mobile no- [protected] & give me the work no [protected].                             I had purchased TATA sky service on 16th Nov 2008, I had availed the service of Friend referral coupon in which i and my friend (both) were supposed to get one month of extra recharge value, and the Coupon no i received from my friend was WB09940E450. When I booked the service at that time Madam told me that the coupon number will be required at the time of installation when the Engineer will enter the same number in the unit. But when the tata sky Engineer (Mr. Shakaldeep) came home for installation we offered the coupon number to him and asked him to enter the number in the unit as told by Call centre madam. But he refused and said that the number will not be entered now and has to be sent from either 1) by sending a SMS to 56633 with RC and coupon number. or 2) by calling the call centre and telling the coupon number to update the account. After the installation was complete i called the call centre to tell the coupon number and get my account updated. But to my surprise i got the third reply that now the coupon number cannot be added by another executive and neither o[censored]s me or my friend can get the service. This was the third conflicting reply from the third executive that i got. And when i ask the name of the executive he refused to tell me the name tell me that it was not the company policy and what not execuses. When i demaned to talk to senior executive these coward people did not dare to come forward and talk to me. And just kept mum for almost more than half an hour. After making number of request to talk to senior executive the executive refused to give the phone to him tell that i could not be done. I ask them whether they were aware of their own procedure and rules they had no answer to this.


                            I just want to get the service for my coupon to get which i had already got well in advance of the booking done on the phone.


                            I would take the matter to news papers and other consumer courts. Also i am going to lodge a police complaint for not giving proper and clear answer, giving wrong information by three different executives and hiding the executives name.

                            Tata sky service is very third grade services given to customer.very high charges given to you from customer like SMS & CALLING Charges.i am from pune & your toll free like "paisa kamane ka Machine"your customer care engeenir hold to customer aproximately 7 to 10 minuts, SMS charges Rs3 per SMS.actully My ID No Is [protected] & my problem is i am recharge your subscription yesterday Rs200. after 5 Hours i am not seen your services my digicom i am again SMS TO HR about 9.30pm.after that agian i am not seen channes from your services i have gain hold total 12hous. i am seem again mornong 09.11.2009 not getting yours service.
                            i am check my ballance my tv scrren Rs8 cut my ballance. i have not getting & seen your service yesterday why you are cutting my balance Rs8 in last day.
                            if its your services.i dont want your service, please suggest me who is give me good service like reliance, sun Tv, airtell, dish tv & other tv servicers company.

                              Sir,

                              The Active Darshan (Shirdi Darshan) is rigid and long view and is not clear to visible. While in Add in website and help channel very clear and close zoom. In dussehra and diwali time, some better than now. That time, viewing with moving camera, but now is rigid position and very long. This is more inconvience to all devotees. Not only this Shirdi Darshan, other Darshans are not that much clear, if compare with add in website and help channel.
                              Viewing Darshans are full screen of TV and close zooming with moving cameras is very better solution to all customers.

                                Misguide by Dealer's representative and sold 4 digiboxes in my name and take payment on 08.11.2008. Next day Tatasky installation team refuse to install digiboxes due to 1 ID x 4 connections in four flats in another names. As per telephonic talk had with Mr Sanjay Jain of Tatasky (09.11.2008), This is not a Tatasky policy.
                                After approach Mr Biwajit contact No. [protected] dealers representaive, he assure your digiboxes will be install and this the policy of tatasky.
                                After contineous approach, I have lodge the complain on 16.11.2008. A call received from Tatasky call centra about 1.45 PM and conference made with Mr Biswajit. He accept his misguie behave and assure to make the mpayment before 11.00am on 17.11.2008. Again a call came from Call Centra on 17.11.2008 about 1.40 PM and Mr Biswajit assure to make the payment of 3 digiboxes along with Rs. 600.00 for channel charges to Customer and 1 connection will be install at 5, oo PM possitively.
                                After contneous compalints no action on the Dealer or false commiter Mr Biwajit till date. The Dealers Name is M/s Rambo Marketing Pvt Ltd, Kolkata.
                                Please let us know the action to me or When i will get my money back.

                                    HI, Its been 3 days since their engineers are free to make an installation.. all they make is false promise.. still it is not installed. very bad service

                                    I have ordered for new tatasky hd with id[protected] on aug 25th and also told that they would come to install.In the evening they came and told that the space is not suited for installation.They really don't have any aim to install it and even try to do it.We tried to contact Customer care.They said that person would try on the next date[protected].No one came up and also no call for customer care.Very Very worst tata sky support.Totally tatasky makes us very irritating

                                    I have taken your connection bearing number [protected], since morning they have been promising to come every half hour. Today was a working day after so many holidays, i have been waiting the whole day and after so many complaints they came by 5 PM and did some fixing and removing the connection points and suggested that they need 8 connectors and brought only one.


                                    later after asking questions they knew they needed 8 connectors but expected their office to send connectors, which were out of stock.Hencethey just came to eye wash as we have given many complaints.


                                    i[censored]pfront you tell that we will come after 1-2 days is fine, why waste one working day after so many holidays.

                                    my customer id is [protected] its already 1 month i have shiifted from banglore to navi mumbai...i have been calling your customer since 5 april i month have passed i have not got my tata dish installed...is there a limit of our patiences, lost lot of money calling youer helpline...
                                    do u get commission holding your customers for 1/2 hours withour responding on phone

                                    Hi, I have purchased tata sky online, but today is 5th Day still installation is not done, everyday they are giving new appointment and doing nothing.
                                    Called Tata sky helpdesk several times but no pisitive response, as well some times they are disconnecting calls

                                      TRY THIS: Open your digicomp's "Digicard" slot (check push button with "open" written on top), pull out, clean digicard and re-insert it (it is like a credit card inserted in your digicomp), many times you don't get signal if there is dust in your digicard.
                                      Cheers !!

                                      ALERT: If your subscrition is out of warrenty, then they'll charge you Rs 350/- for their technician the visit !!
