I am Abhijit Powar.I bought Electrolux oven on 26/05/2018 in Kolhapur. I received the message from Service company saying that service person will visit for first demo. Till now, service person has not come for demo. Whenever I call customer service, they have standard answer, service person will visit in 24 hrs. Till now, only received msg from service centres as your complaint number is PUN[protected]. But nobody is coming for resolving complaints. I received the service person number also. After 2 -3 calls, he has blocked my numbers. Ridiculous service.
My warning to all customers, please make sure whose your service provider before buying the product. I request company to solve my complaint no PUN[protected]. Was this information helpful? |
