This is to inform you that.The hotel has charged us on the card for an amount which was to be refunded .
We has a stay on 14 th April 2023 and checked out on 15thbApril 2023.
My wife's card was shipped with an extra amount and when billed clearly mentioned the mount will be refunded to the guest.Its August 2023 and there is no sign of the same.When we call ur desk they transfer us to accounts then the accounts transfer us back to front desk.If this is not going to be handled and cleared by the earliest will escalate it legally.
