Mr Joshua Mathias, The Westin Garden City Mumbai
As per your email dated 22nd Sep 23, that you assured me, I will get my refund in 8 to 9 days and today is 3rd October now your 3rd commitment is failed.
I have emailed you on 7th sep 23 and Ms Bidya Sing replied that I will get my refund in one week and contacted her 2 to 3 times in call after that she ignoring my call,
So what now all your commitments are failed,
So this is my last email to you and I will file a complaint against you.
