[Resolved]  The Westin Mumbai Garden City — Deposit Refund

Dear sir,
My self Ramanuj Dwivedi, I have booked a hotel room of my guest Ms Vaishali Mishra in The Westin Garden City Mumbai and I have deposited 15k for extras for food, the check in was 5th sep 23 and checkout was 7th sep 23 after the checkout only 1100 bill was extra, after that its more than 25 days I am continuously email and call the hotel, Ms Bidya Singh & Joshua Mathias replied my email they are giving me false commitments and all are the commitments failed and still not received my refund amount.

Ramanuj Dwivedi 2:22 PM (1 hour ago) to Dutymanager, Reservations Dear, Mr Joshua Mathias, The Westin Garden City Mumbai As per your email dated 22nd Sep 23, that you assured me, I will get my refund in 8 to 9 days and today is 3rd October now your 3rd commitment is failed. I have emailed you on 7th sep 23 and Ms Bidya Sing replied that I will get my refund in one week and contacted her 2 to 3 times in call after that she ignoring my call, So what now all your commitments are failed, So this is my last email to you and I will file a complaint against you.
