Instead of mentioning multiple times to permanently close my account, they just stopped rentals only. And when I asked their customer care executive still they are saying that your request is in progress and rental has stopped and they have added extra 10GB to my account. Although, I have stopped using their sevices from 24th july 2022 (which their customer care executives also confirmed on the phone calls), why they are continuosly persisting me to avail any offer, which I have directly rejected multiple times. I am receiving false call from their side and even after picking up the call, no one is responding from other side. And they are sending message "we tried calling you but you are not reachable" and this happens many times. I have also provided them my alternate mobile number. But it seems that they are not willing to close my account after requesting them multiple times. I am literally being harrased by tikona everyday. Please help me in resolving my issue and getting my tikona account permanently closed .
