Tikona — Discontinuation of connection

I have asked the company to pause my connection in April 2024 after having paid all dues and then discontinuation in Jun 2024. They have constantly continued to bill me and have been asking for money. They have now sent a notice that if I do not pay a certain amount they will take legal notice without confirming if they will stop harassing me post it.

The Appelate Authority is also not helpful. There is constant harassment and no resolution. I have proof of all the emails I have sent them starting April 2024 which they have ignored in order to extort money from me. Kindly help.
