My internet is not working from the last 11 days, its been 10 days I am raising daily complaint on their customer support email id as well as mobile app. Just once their technician visited and told "there is cable and adapter problem, we need to change these both but when company will provide me this, I will come and change this". After that I am dialy taking follow ups by email communication and app. Regrettably, despite sending me system generated emails company is not responding anything. I am fed-up with this internet connection since you can not fix the issue since 11 days now.
I paid in advance for 6 months and they are not willing to refund my money as well. Was this information helpful? |
The technician initiated the process of a new adapter, as the current one is malfunctioning and causing frequent internet disruptions, but company still I did.t get it.
The continued service interruption is causing significant inconvenience and impacting my daily activities, still they are sending me the new bills to resume my plan.
