Due to re- location (In same city, different area) I had to close Tikona broadband connection. They don't have the service at my new location. Before shifting, I had submitted all the equipments to the service engineer and launched a request for re- fund. Till this day, I'm communicating via email and their customer service representative but not a single time any one had given clear picture about refunding the balance amount.
1) Every time I sent mail I receive a text sms from there server that- "Dear Tikona customer, we are unable to reach you. We will call you later on your registered or alternate mobile number. Tikona" here with a phone number [protected]
The phone number here is a person who claim that he had resigned from tikona long ago. What's going on here ??? How can I received a sms in this case?

with attached pdf files stating the entire scenario from- stop service request to demanding refund. Every time I sent email I receive following mail from them-
This is a system generated Email, please do not reply to this mail. Kindly refer to the customer care details provided in the mail below-
Dear Customer,
With reference to your mail. We have already taken your request & the same is registered against your User Id
Soon we will try to contact you through call or by mail to share update on your request.

3) Next- some how I succeeded to reach the tikona customer care representative today and surprisingly she asked me to see is there someone in at old location whom you can transfer my account then only we can refund you the balance amount !!!
What is this? Are you asking your customer to do marketing jobs now? Terrific!!
I want my balance amount refund to me immediately now. It's not my problem that you don't have service at my new location or to transfer my account to another party for demanding my refund.
