Tikona internet service is one of the most hopeless,, incredible, and incompetent company in india. They are fooling customers (Sales people) making them show faulty demo where you will be show good speed and assured of high speed. But once you take connection you will be screwed.
Firstly, you will be billed in advance for 3 months or 6 months. That means you are already screwed, as the company will never refund you the money keeping their claws in place. I too got in the trap. My cust id: [protected].
I had paid advance rental for 3 months each. 10-15 days in a month either day or night, there services are fully dead. One keeps giving them information and complaints. Rest 15 days or more it is 20% of speed as committed to you. I took a plan of 6 mbps speed, and one full month was getting a speed of 1.45 mbps - 1.95 mbps. I have paid for 6 mbps and getting hardly anything.
I kept complaining on their app and even called up their customer care, launched complained, spoke to even supervisors, they keep asking for time. Every time they ask for 24 -48 hrs. Till date they have sent no engineer to my site, never called to check the status and time passed on.
They are least bothered on customer retention. I blasted them many times on call even, but they have nothing to say. Lastly, i asked them to refund my full last payment made for 3 months as only 1 month has gone and they have given around 1 mbps speed failing in their services. So asked them to disconnect my services and return my full payment.
To which the senior executive on call simply denied that as per company norm's we donot make any refunds. This is purely a fraud …
How dare you charge somebody for a service which you have never given as committed. How dare you say you cannot refund?? From where you get so much of guts to say this on customer, being shameless creatures.
There are hell lot of complaint on internet on tikona. It seems the ceo of tikona & founder is also a shameless guy … he knows every bit of thing about his services, but keeping quite. There call center doesn't have and never have a supervisor or a manager if you want to escalate. If you shout on them, they will disconnect the call. If you donot pay your will by due date, they will immediately cut your connection.
They only want to mint money. Its a high time now. People should come forward and launch an official complaint with trai, and also sue them in court of law.
Here within a week if i don't get my full money refunded, i will sue these people in all possible way and will take them to court.
It a pathetic company to deal with...
