Dear Team,
I have raised a request in the last week of dec2020 for disconnecting the broadband connection. since that time, I have paid two bills amount as per their email notification.
Many times, I have told customer care that, collect your device and let me confirm on the email that my connection has been discontinued as there will be no due amount.
however, they calling me frequently and asking to keep this with me. I told them, WFH doing from my native place and I was using your connection since 2017 as a valued customer, this action would taken care of by them very fast and appropriately. still, they have been always telling me, it's in process and sending bill amount and I am paying them, happened two times in current months. the attached reference here for a received notification from them.
This is what I am facing for the last 21 days.
