Refund not provided after automatic flight cancellation

Dear Sir/Ma'am,

I booked a flight for Goa to Delhi for 14th October 2022 on 4th June 2022 from https://www.travolook.in/ named as Travolook. After doing payment of Rs.4258 through UPI, they cancelled my flight and gave me a reason that my flight was cancelled due to Fare Changes. Then I called their customer care, they told me that I will get complete refund within 5 to 7 Working Days. They even mailed me same afterwards.br...

My Booking was Cancelled with travolook.in :REF[protected] from Jharsuguda to Delhi on 05/03/2022 for Mr. Saurabh Sharma amounting Rs. 4101/- and still had not got the refund for the last three month. On telephonic conversation with Travolook support team more than 10-12 times, they always gave assurity that you amount would be refunded to my account on Friday or Monday or within 3-5 days and still said the same thing but i have not got any amount from travolook and always gave false assurity. please refunded my amount ASAP.

    I had made a flight booking on Travolook on 18th June, 2022. The amount was deducted from my Mobikwik wallet. After sometime, I received their message and call, they told me that the booking has been cancelled as the pnr number has not been generated and the deducted amount will be transferred back to me. When I called their helpline number, they told me that they have already initiated the refund from thier end. But, I haven't received my refund yet.

      I have tried to book ticket from Udaipur to Bengaluru on 8th May 2022. The booking never got completed but the amount was deducted from account. Immediately I got a call from customer support and they told me that booking got cancelled due to operational reason and your amount will be refunded in next 10 days. Even after 42 days, I didn't get my full amount as refund (only receive part amount as refund) and I called customer care multiple times but they keep saying that you will get your amount in next 3 days. I wrote to support desk also multiple times asking for speedy resolution but to not avail. It is a very unprofessional behavior from company side as their support staff seems clueless and there is no customer grievance redressal forum.

        Reservation was cancelled due to an operational reason REF[protected]. my refund amount is Rs.7803 . but after calling them and sending 5 mails they returned Only Rs.2340 . i need my full refund. i am planning to file an consumer complaint and harassment case.

          I booked a flight ticket on May 14, 2022. They canceled the ticket from their end. They told me that they will refund the amount in 7 working days. But it’s been a month but I didn’t got my amount back. Please take legal action and get my money back. Thank you

            I have booked my flight ticket from Pune to Nagpur

            Reference Number : REF[protected]
            Ticket was cancelled as they said price get hiked after booking and I was asked to pay extra amount after booking is done. They have given me two option either pay extra amount or cancel ticket and you will get full refund amount. I chosen cancel option and i received email Too.
            After calling in customer care, the executive committed that refund to be done within 10 days but after 160 days also I did not received my refund amount.
            I tried many times to customer care executive but it takes long time to connect to them. they have given me commitment many times that your payment in process and will be done soon.

              I booked a domestic flight from India and the ticket got cancelled although the money was deducted from my account. I immediately got a call from their executive team confirmed that my refund would be credited back in the next 7-10 working days. It’s been more than 20 days and there’s no progress. Every time I connect with their team, they only give excuses.

              I need my money back!

                I have booked ticket with travolook payemnt is deducted form my account but booking is not confirmed.
                Later i received mail and call from travollok that the ticekt is not confirmed from there side and amount will be refunded.
                But till now no refund has been received also no response recived on my mails send to travollok team.

                  I have booked a ticket from goa to Hyderabad on 22 April 2022 with the refrence number REF[protected]. The flight ticket got cancelled automatically and they informed the refund will be credited into your account after 10 to 15 working days. But every time they are saying refund is initiated but nothing is credited into my account. Please help me.

                    Travolook — Refund of the cancelled Air ticket
                    Team,

                    I had booked the Air ticket from Kanpur to in 23rd May 2022 month but Air Ticket cancelled the same in 23rd May 2022 Flight Cancelled Due to Technical issues, It's my refrence id[protected] through your portal. But till date i haven't received my money which is to be refunded from your end and amount is approx 7193 /- INR . Even after repeated call requests you are not refunding my money back.

                      I booked my ticket on 8th June 2022 from Udaipur to Dubai in the flight Indigo. Ticked was cancelled due to Travolook operational fault but money was not refunded. I called Travolook customer care number several times and also emailed several times, His reply was always refund initiated and you have to wait for 5-7 days. His 5-7 days waiting period is never finished. He never returned my money. This is a fraud group. Need strict action against Travolook.

In place it was canceled telling that due to operational issues it is canceled. Later I came to know it's fake after reading reviews. My booking amount of ₹6793 is to be refunded. I want to lodge complaint and take action.

                              This was the first link on google to book flight tickets so i went with it, the booking process was fine. Once the payment was done i got the notification that the booking was canceled and i can expect the refund in next 5 days. Since last 8 days no sign of refund. I have been calling the customer care with utmost respect and has been harassed. As they are saying that they can’t help and i should not call them again and again, additional the usually wait time for connecting For a call is 25 mins which also the executive disconnects. The flight prices have doubled now and I’m completely stuck. Kindly help. Reference id: REF[protected]

                                Dear Team,

                                I have booked 01 tickets on travolook website dated 29 Jan 2022,

                                Then immediately received email from travolook, regarding ticket has been cancelled, and they said you will get refund within 10 Working days.

                                Still date not received refund amount, I’m taking continuous follow-up but they giving very false answer to me, they said refund already initiated from our side, also mention that they will send it to wallet if not able to send it on my credit card.. but to my surprise none of it happened.

                                At the end amount not credit to my account.

                                    I have made booking on 5 june 2022 from delhi to ixb(bagdogra) having reference no-REF[protected].amt-11469.they said my booking was cancelled due to fare increase by flight.and the booking amount will be credited in 7 working days.it has been more than 12 days my amount has not refunded till now.they are not responding to my mail now.

                                      I booked tickets on Jun 15, 2022, site told me to wait for 30 min for confirmation. But I got a call from Travolook that the tickets has been cancelled as PNR could not be generated. From that time it has been 3 weeks and I still haven't received my refund. Customer care says the same thing every time I call and they are not even replying to the mail. I will highly suggest not to book tickets from here even if they provide discount. This site is not trustworthy at all. It will be great if you can help me get my refund.
