My Flipkart Login ID: [protected]
I was facing some issues while purchasing Electronics items through Flipkart. I have raised complaint several times through their customer care executive but all efforts went in vain. Then I took the help of social media platform Facebook and Twitter to know the root cause of the Order cancellations from Flipkart side. In response, they assured me that issue will be resolved in few days time. But what they did is, They blocked my Flipkart account permanently by stating the quoted reason "our systems have observed a trend in your purchase history that suggests that the items you've purchased are usually not intended for personal use. This would also mean that you will no longer be able to login to your Flipkart account." I don't understand the point of blocking my account by mentioning a false reason which I had never intended to. Then I tried to connect with them through Customer care number but the it's saying NOT A Valid NUMBER. Then I tried to contact with them through Twitter again. Instead of providing solution they are providing the same reason again and again and upon asking for more clarifications they were simply ignoring my tweets and messages.

    Hi, i have ordered samsung s9+ on 21st march'2020. And govt annouced lockdown due to which delivery of product get extended. I underatand the govt policies n guidelines very well n that was the reason i was waiting for delivery if the product. But now the restrictions has been taken back n all the non essential items are also allow to deliver. However flipkart is not trying to deliver my product till now nor any of the customer care excut8ve giving me true picture of delay in delivering my product some is saying your product is in nearest hub only, someone is saying its misplaced and someone is saying its in mumbai. Its been almost 2 months n 10 daya now n still im waiting for the delivery. However i had ordered realme band from my brother's account (Pankaj dargude) on dt.23rd may'2020 and received the delivery of the product within the 5 days only. This band also dispatched from the gurgoan n my previous order which is samsung s9+ also dispatched from gurgoan. If band can reach here in 5 days then what are the challenges flipkart is facing to deliver product which is ordered on 21st mar'2020. It seems like you have received the amount for the samsung s9+ n that is the reason now u r not worried about the product n now u r concentrating on the cash on delivery order. So that u will earn some more amounts. I had sent an email to to flipkart ceo as well, consumer forum and cmo maharashtra was marked in cc on that mail.
    Request to please look into this n provide resolve my query at earliest.

      Sir/madam

      I had orded a jokey varsity women maroon track pants 1305rplgm (Order id: od[protected] sold by annaya creations, h. No 3070 new housing board colony opp katria land panipat-132103) on 25th may 2020 and today (31st may 20) i got that package. Unfortunately, that package had nothing but some hard papers. After opening i immediately informed the delivery boy and he told me to send an email. I am taking this kind of irresponsibility very seriously. I am really confused, whether i should continue the service flipkart or not. I need the that product as soon as possible

      This is my complain and in future, i will send you three reminders, i hope i will get the help from you otherwise i have to take legal action.

          I was purchased a mobile phone on 25 may 2020 and it was delivered on 26 may 2020.
          But mobile is deftected item. It's not performing well and suddenly shut down on 27 may 2020. I was trying to do switch on many time but unable to swith on.
          Then i was make a return request on flipcart portal and still no response from flipcart side.

          It's a very bad experience with flipcart and executive who is taking care my complaint.

          Request to please replace my order or refund my money. Otherwise i'll complain again flipcart in consumer court.

              I received a dead product from flipkart, the trimmer neither charges after keeping on charge for 5 hours nor it trims even when put on power. Its totally useless, i reported the issue on next day of delivery but the product has neither been replaced nor the amount refunded.

              After talking to customer support flipkart says that product has no return policy, but this policy is totally one sided. This should be applicable only for working products, and not on dead products that we receive. This is completely misused by sellers to send dead/discarded products to gullible customers. I have anyway decided to stop using flipkart and use amazon instead if this issue us not resolved.

              I want the refund for the product.

                      I am a highly dissatistifed customer who is feeling harassed by the unprofessional behavior of flipkart and its employees yet again. I have been a victim of flipkart before and stopped using its services for online shopping way back in 2017 but thought i should give another try hoping things have improved but i was wrong.                       This is regarding a recently placed order o[censored]berlyfe two seater sofa cum bed (Order id od[protected], order placed on may 09, 2020 that costs inr 8199. Got advised that order will reach me on may 19 and was even shipped on time to reach nearest 'ghaziabad_central hub' on may 16, the district i stay in. Since then i have got in touch with customer service team of flipkart three times and each time, they suggest they have escalated my issue to the concerned team and i will get an update within 48 hrs. I have not been advised on any tentative date of delivery and no other update on the issue all three times. When i called 2nd time (May 24-25), i suggested that i[censored]nable to deliver by 30th may, i will cancel my order. No when i tried to connect with customer service executive (Shubnam) on 30th may, i was again given the same response and when request to cancel my order, i was advised that i can't cancel my order since its in transit and an excuse that my area is in containment zone, where as they have themselves delivered 3 other products in last 10 days, leave other e-commerce companies who have delivered more than 15 items to my address in last 1 month. This puts me in a fix of a situation because for 20+ days, i am not able to receive an order, not getting an update on tentative delivery date, not getting a response from team on possible reason for delay, not allowing me to cancel my order so i can place the order with other a much reliable platform for e-commerce. Please sort this matter and close this issue so i can get relieved of the displeasure caused by flipkart yet again.

                      Also, its amazing, how there is no email id to connect with for an issue from flipkart. Kudos! God knows how you all are still in business and no doubt your arch rivals (Amazon) are prospering. Does your management ever pay attention towards customer issues, social media is full of it.

I received the order on dated 28.05.2020 but there is only one (01) bottle in that packet. I complain same time to delivery boy he told that cancel your order, then your money will be back.

                            3- i received only 01 bottle in packet.

                              Flipkart delivery the mobile on 26th may, there was some software issue that's why i raised a replacement request, but flipkart is not helping with proper resolution, everytime they call and after 5 minutes they disconnect the call without solving the issue. It is happening approx 15 times. My replacement date is near end. With this defective product i am suffering. I need help

                                    I have ordered an ac from flipkart on sale. They have given an instant 2000 off and further i have also opted for no cost emi. But on the delivery date without any prior information just a message comes that your order had been cancelled. Howcome could they do so??
                                    I have been waiting for about a week for the ac to be delivered and at the delivery time you just say we cannnot deliver it. Was my address not visible to them earlier that they not know where to deliver. Such an experience from company is higly regreted. Its such a high time and too hot also and at this time you cancelled the order without any prior info. Can you think that we were just waiting for the ac and at the delivery date you just cancel the shipment giving some invalid reasons. Howcome you can do it on your own.
                                    The company should pay for such uncomforts to the consumer. 😠😠😠

                                    Its not about the refund but its about the AC. Firstly you say that due to the nationwide lockdown you were not able to deliver the product, so what you waana say about when the AC was shipped from the Gururam to Lucknow. All the updates, processing for the AC was already completed. Was then there was no lockdown??
                                    Further when I was booking the AC then was my address was not visible to the seller or you?? Then what you waana say about it if it were to the nationwide lockdown then howcome you could do the bookings for the AC for my address.
                                    If it was due to lockdown then you should not have done the bookings as you won't be able to deliver at my location but then also you dit it.
                                    Moreover it is already displayed at you homepage that we are delivering all the items not only essentials but all the items at your pincode(226018). So howcome you can say that we cannot deliver the item.
                                    Further, I have recieved an email from flipkart at 29 May at 8.55 pm that due to logistical constraints your item was not delivered on 29 May but will be delivered on 30 May so what about it, it was also wrong?? Was then also there was no lockdown?
                                    Firstly if you don't want to deliver at my location so you should not have booked it. Why you have waisted my time at such high time(hot weather) and then just upon completion of whole proceedings for the AC when it has already reached to the lucknow hub you just cancelled for the delivery giving some rubbish reason.

                                    You just have waisted my time and money in such high time and you just simply say I am sorry for the trouble caused. Did you really mean that?
                                    I don't think so.
                                    I have also called your support team even they were also not cooperating and they keep me at hold when I said them to connect to higher authorities and after sometime just cut the call. What kind of this behaviour is this?
                                    You Flipkart is such a big company and this kinda behavior was really not expected from you. I really have a good opinion about your company and always advised others also but now this incident has narrowed down my approach. Really now I am so much angry and frightened as now I don't know what to do?
                                    I don't want the refund, I want the AC to be deliver at my location as early as possible.

                                      Team of flipkart,
                                      I ordered vivo z1 pro on 21st march 2020. The product was shipped on that day but the product is in mother of kolkata from 9th april 2020, and there is no update about my product.
                                      Already flipkart changed delivery date 3 times, today is the delivery date but there is no information about the product. I already contact with flipkart executive through call and chat. On 28 th may 2020 between 7:00 and 9:00 pm, i made a contact with your agency that where is my product and when it will deliver.

                                      Your executive partners do not gave me proper information and their behaviour was bad, they also told me to cancel the order. This is so frustrating that flipkart doesn't take my problem seriously although i am waiting from 2 months.

                                        Yesterday on 29 may at 8:21 pm i tried to order oneplus bullets wireless z and did payment through google pay upi and money got deducted of which i got a message but order is not been placed yet and it is showing "payment not yet confirmed by the bank". What should i do??
