I was a regular shopper from flipkart so i got lot of coins.. I saved the coins to redeem it some day.. When is was about to redeem.. My account was blocked. I dont know the reason. No email notification came. I contacted customer executives since last 2019. I was at many cities amd ordered many things.. But now they are asking what you baought,, area pincode id proof.. I submitted everything.. Even now my account is blocked.....

The material is not as described and it full opposte to description.
Problems against described.
1 it is not thick meterial and not three thred stich.
2 it is not water proff and uv protect.
3 they not used good buckel. It is not 2inch as mentioned.
4 mirror pocket is not available only but they mentioned in cover descriptin.
5 it is full loos to vehicle not fit....

I have ordered a lenovo k10 plus mobile in march 2020. Due to lock down the order was delaying. Recently when i track my order, i found that the order has reached my nearest hub. But suddenly i got a message that refund is processed for my order. I fact i didn't cancel my order. Immediately i contacted the support but not helped. The order no OD[protected] was expected to deliver as replacement but this poor company does not understand customer problem the product that was delivered on 22nd April was faulty and seller was asked to arrangement of replacement. They just kept on deferring it by 2 days today I am at 10th May. Despite they assured me best services they failed to resolved. Because of these people I could not start my medical treatment for my head...

Neither I cancelled this order and nor I returned this order. Could you please fix this technical bug from your end and resume my oder delivery.
