Beware o[censored]BTPro and their medicine courier department. They pay for fake reviews.
I paid 12, 500 for a 1.5kg package to ship to the USA. I know this price is too MUCH. Their website advertises the price for 7, 105. However, the agent, Sahil said it would require 2 packages to ship my medicines through customs. I paid them because they seemed like a legitimate and reputable business from their website.
Unfortunately, they are dishonest and provide FALSE promises/guarantees. They scammed me into paying more money once they received my package. They only shipped 1 package and then it got stuck at customs.
They gave more false assurances and after 3 weeks, I asked them to return my package and refund my money. Once I asked for that, they stopped responding to my call and messages. Furthermore, their website shows they have a “Quality Manager”. This is not true and they both work together to scam people. I still have not received my refund or my medicines.
Please avoid this company and expose them if you also have a bad experience. I hope they do not make more money by scamming more people. Local carriers will charge ~4000 for 1.5kg package to the USA and will provide better guidance.
