Very worst delivery service i had with UBT Pro. I placed an order with them on 3rd Jan 2023 ( Booking ID[protected] and handed over the medicines to them by 4th Jan. They made a wrong shipping label by choosing different pin code. I clearly specified my abroad address in the Netherlands and they have my correct address in the portal. The courier reached the wrong address and it went back as they refused it. When I enquired with both UBT and Shypmax they said they google showed them wrong pincode while preparing the shipping label and they chosen them. Then why did you ask the consignee address on your portal? Now it is 6th February and I'm still waiting to receive my parcels. Refund my amount and return my product at source address.
