Dear Sir/Madam
We contacted https://ubtpro.com/ via Whatsapp to send the package to Germany.
They did replied via Whatsapp until we paid money. please find screenshot for payment.
1) At we took a photo with total bag weight is 29kg. but they took the package to Delhi and said packet is 35kg. They demand to over-charged.
Even though we agreed to pay total amount because they hold the package 15 working days to demand money. even they are not sending back to home.
2) They gave me tracking number with 1 kg packet weight. please see attached screenshot.
3) After few months, they said "your packet is lost. we do the refund."
4) Again after few months, they have blocked us from WhatsApp and calls.
