I have been trying to make some payments using ubi credit card but I am unable to make the payment as the UBI credit card is showing minimum balance. I have to make an urgent payment. Kindly respond as soon as possible.

    Dear Sir, I am an retired employees of MP State Electricity Board presently known as MP Power Management Company ltd., Jabalpur M.P. My pension account is with Union Bank of India, Madan Mahal bran ch, Jabalpur. Since I am residing in Bhopal, MP (distance between Bhopal Jabalpur is 471 km) it is not possible to visit Madan Mahal branch so I try to contact many time on branch phone number. Officers having this phone number (no. is [protected]) did not respond. Such treatments may effect Union Bank Reputation adversely.

      On saturday dt.11.05.2019 i tried to withdraw amount of rs.10, 000/- in other bank atm in state bank of india but it says transaction failed, then i tried in indus ind bank but it says too transaction failed, and finally tried in indian bank i withdrawn rs.10, 000/- two times of amounting rs.20, 000/- but on verification on netbanking with ref no. C6496774 and transaction details as [protected]/[protected]/[protected] shown that amount is debited in my account but transaction is failed.

        I get pension from union bank, d. A. V. College, muzaffarnagar branch. I send my
        Son to withdraw money from my account on 1st february, 2019. He went to withdraw
        Money by a. T. M. Card from a. T. M. O[censored]nion bank of india, court road, muzaffrnagar
        Branch at 12:00 pm. He tried to withdraw rs. 20000, but due to machine problem money
        Was not dispanced, and timed out message was on the screen. My son again tried to
        Withdraw rs. 10000, even this time the money was not dispanced, and the same message
        Was on the screen. My son left the a. T. M. After cancellation of that transaction.
        At 2:30 p. M. He again went to the same a. T. M. And tried to withdraw rs. 10000.
        He got the given amount. Again he tried to withdraw rs. 10000, but a message of
        Insufficient fund was displayed on the screen while near about rs. 14000 were left
        In my account. My son could not make complaint on tolfree no. After many attempts.
        He contacted an officer of the related bank and told her about the problem. The bank
        Officer said to wait 24 hours to get money back.
        After 24 hours, next day on contacting the officer she asked for request in written
        And registered the complaint through the computer and said to wait for one week.
        One week later, when we contacted her, she told that money is withdrawn. Then my son
        Again tried to contact the customer care then they said to contact the branch where my
        A/c exists. We went there and told about the problem. Then the same above procedure
        Was done by an officer of that branch. She also said us to wait for about one week.
        After one week even she said the money is withdrawn while we did not withdraw or
        Got money then where is that amount. We are suffering due to atm machine fault.
        Sir please kindly look in this matter and help me. I will be great oblized.

          I am working at punjab mandi board as junior assistant and am a government emplyee. I have a salary account no. [protected] at union bank of india, sector-65 sas nagar mohali. I was trying to deposit rs. 2500/- (5x500) through deposit machine on dated 14-05-19 at around 5.00 pm. But while depositing the said amount after getting money, machine shows a message of transaction declined and when i check mobile app statement it shows that the above amount was not credited in my account. The slip for depositing this amount is misplaced which shows a message of transaction declined. I also complaint on dated 14-05-19 at customer care service number [protected] but they said that server is not working there you have to visit your branch and give written complaint there. I visit the my branch on dated 15-05-19 but the branch employees misbehaved with me and they said without slip they are not refunding any amount. They talk very rudely and not ready to help me regarding my problem and mentally harassing me. Union bank branch employees and the branch manager talks very rude all other employees of my office are also complaining regarding the misbehave o[censored]nion bank of employees of this branch. Other employees of my office so please take necessary steps to give lesson to the branch manager and branch employees and please give instructions to bank manager to refund the said amount (Rs 2500/-) as soon as possible.

            First of all i want want to tell it that i went to a ubi atm in chandauli and tried to withdraw money 3 to 4 times but received a receipt with declined transaction.
            Then i went to sbi atm and i visited first machine and requested for 10000 and got a message that machine has been out of money then i visited second machine left of that and requested for 10000 and i received the money after that i requested once again for 10000 but not received the money and i came back to home from there.
            Suddenly today i checked my account via net banking and i saw that my money 10000 has been deducted.
            So please help me to get my money back.

                I have deposited rs. 6500/- on 04/05/2019 into an atm machine located at prahalad nagar road, prahladnagar branch, ahmedabad. But, unfortunately machine gave me a print stating "cash retracted, inconvenience is regretted. Kindly contact branch" and i did not got credit for the same. I have filed a complain with branch and they asked me to wait till next 10 working days.
                In prahladnagar branch no one give responsible answer.

                  I had requested for refund of my returned order on amazon on 20th april. I also received 'refund processed' mail from amazon on 25th april. But it has been about 9 - 10 days already and yet till now the refund amount of rs.1274 has not been credited to my account. I have attached the mail i had received from amazon. The refund reference number is also mentioned in the same. Kindly see to this complain asap.

                    मेरा नाम कमलेश कुमार सिंह चौहान ग्राम छूहिया सीधी मध्य प्रदेश खादी ग्रामोद्योग विभाग से फ्लाई ब्रिक्स मशीन एवं टाइल्स मशीन के लिए लोन अप्लाई किया था जो यूनियन बैंक आफ इंडिया कुछवाही ब्रांच सीधी मैनेजर से बात हुई थी तो बोले थे कि लाओ हो जाएगा उस समय मैनेजर पोस्ट पर पर prameet Ranjan जब प्रकरण बैंक पहुंच गया तो दो ढाई महीने बाद बोले की मेरा ट्रांसफर हो गया है अगला जो आएगा वह कर देगा दूसरे अधिकारी आने पर बोले तो वह बोल दिया कि मेरी लोकेशन में नहीं आता बोले आप मेन ब्रांच ले जाओ वहां से होगा मेन ब्रांच में गए manager Samrat Ghosh जी से बात किए तो बोले ठीक है लव फिर जिला पंचायत से यूनियन बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया सीधी मेन ब्रांच के लिए आवेदन भेज दिया बैंक में प्रकरण आने के बाद वहां से भी डेट पर डेट मिलती गई करीब 1 साल तक डेट मिलती रही उसके बाद बोले की अकाउंट में डेढ़ लाख रुपए जमा करो उसके बाद कर देंगे अपने पास पैसे ना होने की वजह से अपनी गाड़ी और अन्य सोने-चांदी के जेवरात गिरवी रखकर साहब की कई बातों को पूरा किया फिर गए तो साहब ने बोले की शहरी गारंटर चाहिए कोई भी हो नगरपालिका के अंदर वह भी करके ले गए फिर बोल दिए घर बना हुआ चाहिए घरवालों को भी ढूंढ के ले गए तब बता दिए थर्ड पार्टी का गारंटर नहीं लगेगा यही चीज सर अगर मुझे लोन प्रकरण पहुंचने के बाद तुरंत जानकारी मिल गई होती तो 1 साल से बैंक के पीछे क्यों घूमते कहीं और से ही कुछ करके काम करते और अब बोलते हैं कि 10 लाख की एफडी लाओ और ₹200000 कमीशन तब तो करेंगे नहीं तो नहीं अगर साहब मेरे पास 10 लाख की एफडी होती फिर हम लोन लेने के लिए बैंक के पास क्यों जाते हैं इस तरह के जवाब सुनकर मेरे पास कोई रास्ता नहीं बचा शिवाय आत्महत्या के मेरी मौत का जिम्मेदार यूनियन बैंक ऑफ़ इंडिया होगा

                    मेरी विनती यही है मेरी अपील को हकीकत देखा जाए अगर नहीं तो बता दिया जाए कि हमें लोन नहीं मिलेगा क्या हम लोन के पात्र नहीं हैं हर गरीब को हर किसान को मरने या प्रताड़ित होना आपके इन अफसरों के कारण लोग अपने आप को मौत के गले लग जाते हैं जिल्लत की जिंदगी ना जी पाने से बेहतर है कि दुनिया से उठ जाएं बाकी आगे आपकी मर्जी

                      Actually i have an primary account [protected] at UBI, Kakri Branch, Sonebhadra UP-231224 in which i have many FD account and one recurring account . Problem is that Rs 4000/- has been deducted every 10 th of every month since 18 month for recurring deposit amount but till date i have not recieved any interest for my recurring account . When i checked my recurring account through net banking i found that no interest credited to the account when i consulted to bank manager he simply refused to help by saying that our staff made a mistake u come this day and that, He keep on saying the same thing but inspite of my written complain he hardly listen my words . More when i tried to explain him that i will complain to head office he told me do whatever you want to do . Is this the way to deal with a customer whose whole family account is in UBI . Please loof after into this matter and arrange to provide interest . And teach your employee how to behave with the customer . I am also a govt officer but i know how to deal with customer and how to talk with needy ones .

                                I have paid the fees of my daughter on 13 apr. But initially it said payment transaction is failed but the amount has been deducted from my account. I have raised a complete at sbi and they are working on it. Today i wanted to pay the fees as today is last day of payment, it is showing that payment is already made for this. But ian not able to print the receipt. Kindly help.

                                  Respected Sir'
                                  I am G.Ramu .I payed my son fee twice without noticing that is 2400 rs now it is 4800 which is the double of it. He is a student of class 9 sec A his roll number is not yet mentioned by his class teacher and is of school k.v meg and centre bengaluru. The payment was made on 04/04/2019.The payment was made by the credit of State Bank of India. So please find a way to refund my money as soon as possible.

                                  Union Bank of India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  I was depositing 23000 into the cdm but the cash is taken inside and it is not credited into my account and a receipt of deposit retracted has been generated as it was case of emergency I want that the amount should get refleccted as soon as possible
