Dear support team,
I m Angad kundlik mhetre is a existing customer o[censored]nion Bank of India, my account no is [protected], my mail I'd is [protected]@gmail.com and my previous mob no was [protected] which is off now.
So, I m facing trouble from one of the transaction, that one day I have uesd my union ATM card in one of the union bank ATM center at saswad pune and withdrawal cash of 4600 rs but not cash came outside from ATM machine or not got receipt.this is happed on 13 th march 2019.my ATM card no is [protected], so next day on 14 th march I have lodged online customer complaint.i have fond that complaint was rejected after 8 days.so I went to my home branch kasarwadi- pune and I handover them claim form, 1 month should complete in few days, I don't have got any response or not got that withdrawal cash.I facing problem and nobody is serious to solve this case.that the hell this? This transaction is done union bank and my home branch also union so why taking more time.plz solve this otherwise issue will be create...anybody listening me..send reply on my this mail.
