There has been a debit of rs5000/- from my sb account on feb 7th for an invalid transaction and no refund till date. Have complained this to union bank authorities and no resolution yet.

The transaction id is [protected]u3. The call center told to contact bank and bank people telling to contact call center

    I had an education loan from Union Bank of India punalur branch for my btech studies. I completed my course on 2017 but I haven't got a stable income to start the correct payment of the loan, hence I managed to repay some amount with the help of my parents.
    I wish that debt to be cleared by my income. And I hope to have a job soon and a stable income. But the bank is now threatening my parents saying they will attach our land and home to bank. Can anyone help me to find a solution for this.

      transaction failed but money got deducted.

      On 20.3.2019 i transfer amount 13, 000/-rs from my unionbank account [protected] to my kvb bank account [protected] by paytm upi but it shows transaction failed but money got debited frm my union bank account and not received in my kvb bank account.. I contact branch manager and gave him refund letter and i contact your union bank customer and still now more than five days over but i didn get my refund amount😖.. Pls take action...

      Respected sir,

      I wrongly send 100 rupees from union bank of india [protected] ifsc code ubin0537756 (Alfarnas salim solkar) to bank of baroda barb0wadala branch
      Account number is [protected] by upi method. The transaction id is s1476617 the date of transaction is 23 march 2019.
      I called union bank of india customer care but i can not get satisfactory answer from that he tell me contact nearest branch but my union branch is far from my address there fore you are my last destiny please refund my 100
      How i can get my refund

          I had opened my account till 28 feb 2019 and from that day i am trying to set my upi pin but it tell wrong dabit card details and when i call to customer executive they tell sory sir your account is not exits i went to complaint against the bank management who are responsible for these things and also if my problem is not solve out i will disclose my account from that bank

            I manish thakur, the owner of paribhansh pack has submitted form of issuing new cheque book on 12.03.2019 and till today after seven days i have not given the same. I need it on urgent basis to run my business smoothly and i reached to sector-16, rohini branch o[censored]nion bank and asked for the same to mr. Goyal. He denied completely not to do anything regarding it. I want my cheque book as soon as possible or reply to me on urgent basis. Or i will take some legal action against it.

              I'm complaining about my refund, refunded by amazon online shopping b/w 6 march to 13 march 2019 of amount rs 7299/- product name - dymatize nutrition iso 100 - 5 lbs (Gourmet chocolate)
              As per them the amount is refunded but my bank is not showing the amount in it. Had filled the dispute form but nothing happend the amount is still cant be seen. So i request you to please help me as son as you can

                I m trying to login my net banking but an error occurred and login is not done so i try to add money in my paytm account for an emergency transfer but the bank is not shown in the banks list. Then i went to complain through toll free number but in answer it replied s wrong number, then i tried to call chargeble customer care number but it is also said wrong number... This is very bad kind of service i ever got. I m sending you the screen shot of page from which i m unable to process ahead.
                I almost doing my all work by internet banking so in these situation it is very difficult to do any personal and neccessities thing... Again i request you to solve this problem as soon as possible

                The most third class bank when it comes to technology. Account debited but cash not delivered, common issue with this bank. Branch (Patrakarpuram) is not contactable. Call center executives r more stupid than bank officials. Complaints [protected]/54 pending.
                Pls refund my 10000/- by crediting my account 5806 Patrakarpuram, Lucknow.

                  I use amazon and i recharge my dth account and the amount charges two times on 22/02/19 the amount is 290rs and there is no refund and on help to please help me. I recharge thur amazon on 22 of february of rs-290 on first time the amount is charged and the transaction is failed and second time the amount is charged again help me i am so much requesting to you

                      Some one as open new account in one of your branch.
                      I found it via gas agency where my gas subsidy is getting transferred to that account.
                      I want to know how corresponding branch is so negligent to do, if someone
                      Came up with other details.
                      Is this the security/assurance provided to your customers??
                      I complaint to uboi protral complaint column too, but not response.
                      Even mail to the nodal office, no reply.
                      This the most weird every gone through not responding to the emails for query.

                        My accont number is [protected] in Union Bank of India.last month i order some products through Shopclue but according to some problems i cancelled the order but the refundable amount not recieved to me till now worth 355 rupees.aprart from that there are other same two pending refunds worth 258 and 291 which not have been refundee till now.bank says that the money have been refunded as per statement but when i calculate all the money in the statement i dont find any refunded amount...its cheating from the bank.

                          Respected authorities,
                          On the date 6 march, 2019 when i sent money through upi for an exam application transaction failed in website:rrbbhuweneshwar, but i received a message from bank that rs.500 debited from your account through debit swipe and not made a refund of deduced amount till the date. I complained any were but no response from anyone. I sent a mail to [protected]@unionbank.com but i haven't get any reply.
                          So plz resolve my issue soon..
                          Hope you people can understand a student problem.
                          Else would tweet to #rbi #unionbankofindia #pmo will be my last option.

                                  On the date of 06/03/2019, 08:36pm, when i send money through upi in paytm, the linked bank is union bank of india in paytm, the upi transaction failed in paytm, but 2000rs deducted from my account and not any amount was credited in other account, i complained any were but not any response in my union bank of india branch. So sir plz. Resolve my issue soon.

                                    The complaint is regarding a sukanya samriddhi account with your bank. I have deposited rs 48000 with icici checque no. 007873 on dated[protected]. When i visited the branch on[protected], i came to know that the amount was not still deposited in the sukanya account. Upon showing them the receipt, i came to know that my 48000 rs were credited in some other account. They somehow deposited the amount later into sukanya account on[protected]. I have incurred a loss of interest of 2 months because o[censored]nion bank mistake, what if i have not visited the branch? I am really disappointment by the bank services.

                                      I was transferring 2500 rupees to paytm payment bank from union bank of india via upi. But transactions was failed and 2500 rupees has been deducted from my account. I did not receive debited amount in my account after 3 working days. Upi reference no. Of this transactions is[protected]. I was transferring 2500 rupees on paytm linking my union bank account. Please refund my money as soon as possible.
