Lien Balance In My Account

Cash NOT dispensed from ATM but money debited from Account

On the 7th June 2022, I used my Union Bank of India Debit Card to withdraw Rs. 10, 000 from the ATM(Bank of Baroda at Robertson Road); the money was NEVER dispensed from the machine. However, the money was debited from my account though. I went to the Frazer Town Union Bank branch and & they raised a complaint with complaint ID - ATM[protected]. Today, when I went to follow up, the bank is suggesting me to go to RBI & raise a complaint...
