[Resolved]  Urban Company — AC not working

Humne AC service and repair booking 26 apr ko kiya tha. Technician ne pani se AC ko dhoya, install kiya, gas refill kiya. Jab AC humne use krna shuru kiya to dheere dheere issues aane lage. AC khud hi ruk jane laga. Kabhi kabhi chalu hi nhi hota h. Indoor body se PCB ke paas se water leakage bhi bohot hota tha. Humko technician ne apna phone number share kiya tha after service to call him directly in case of any issue. Kuch din humne usko call krke issue bataya but wo samajh nhi paya. Fir humne urban company ke app par revisit daala. Wahi technician fir aaya lekin usne call escalate kr diya senior ko. Fir senior aaye aur unhone bataya aapki PCB me issue h. Iska repair warranty me cover nhi hoga. Humne unko bataya hamari PCB thik thi pehle. Ye servicing and installation me gadbadi ke wajah se hua h. Lekin wo log nhi maan rhe. Inke technician ne AC Kharab kr diya aur ye Warranty me cover nhi kr rhe.
