Urban Company — Ac service scam

I booked ac service, technician Nadeem got assigned along with one assistant. He came and started opening ac while it was running. I asked him no to do that as my ac is working fine. He forced me to fill gas and told me that leakage is normal. After he left my ac is not cooling like before and ice falling from it.
I think he intentionally broke my ac . He also gave me his personal contact in case I need repair. He made sure I give him 5 star before leaving. I would ask everyone to be aware of such scam from Urban company. And also request authorities to take strict actions against them.
