I have done the booking for TV repair on Urban Company app on 13 Aug 2022. Warranty of 2 months started from 13 Aug and it is valid till 14 Oct 2022.
The urban company agent gave me back repaired TV on 20 Aug 2022 and the agent told that if I will face any problem again in the TV call on his number directly. I have faced the same issue again on 22 Aug 2022, I called the same agent on his provided number, and he gave me back repaired TV on 18 September 2022 after multiple follow-ups. Again, I have faced the same issue on 20 September and this time I have booked the revisit through urban company app and he gave me TV back on 5 Oct 2022. The agent said that part is not available, so it is taking more time in the repair of device.
On the same day after few hours faced the same issue again and I demanded for refund. The customer care told that once again they are booking the revisit with highly expert technician of TV repair. The new technician took the TV on 6 Oct 2022 and he gave me back repaired TV on 23 Oct 2022.
In the meantime, the warranty got expired on 14 Oct 2022.
After receiving the repaired TV on 23 Oct 2022, I told to agent the if I will face any issue then to whom i need to contact because now the warranty is expired. He said that the part has been replaced now and you will not face this issue again.
After 1 week, I started facing the same issue again and I have called and raised the dispute 18-20 times, but they said that it is pout of warranty now and we cannot repair it and also, we will not refund your money and they are closing the ticket automatically by themselves.
So, I have faced this worst experience with Urban Company Team, they have wasted my 2 months and took the money. All want to waste of Time and money. Was this information helpful? |
