I had booked AC Service in the month of April'24 - Post that 10 Days AC colling was perfect, but i started facing colling issues in May '24 almost 20-25 Days after AC service done by Urban Company . So i logged my compliant for issues i was facing, Urban company arranged their technician who checked by AC and informed me that AC's PCB is not working . So I asked him to Repair it free of cost as my service has warranty and the problem is started post service done by your people . My AC is mere 1.5 Years old so technically we should not face such problem . But he informed me that PCB is not covered under warranty and suggested me check with customer care . I discussed the same issue with them as well they simply said that you will have to bare the cost as anything comes in 10 days from service date will be covered under warranty and not ready to listed anything on the issue .
My expectation from UC is to Fix this PCB issue without charging anything to me as this issue started post their AC service . Was this information helpful? |
