Urban Company — Refund

Hi!

This is Archana. I would like to let you know that I had booked Warm Stress Relief Swedish Massage on 31st Dec 2022 at 09:30 am. However this order got confirmed and I had made payment of Rs 1368/-.

But then I got a call from your company that no one is available and the order was cancelled from your side. But till yet I have not got the refund. No doubt your company is providing good services but this is very unprofessional that you had confirmed my order and then cancelled it. Not expected this from your side. I was even forgot about the refund but when I was about to book a massage for today then only I remembered that I had not got my refund.

Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. If refunded then you can share the UTR details.
