RO post service and filters change is leaking. Tech visited twice and did temporary fix. Now it's leaking again and UC is refusing to take ownership of warranty or insurance. They want me to rebook with COD mode so that insurance gets null and void. When asking for insurance claim process, they do not reply and keep diverting or agents keeps on changing.
