[Resolved]  Urban Company — Tv repaired

My name is Lokesh S and the tv which i have is not working so i booked urban company guy came named Titus. and serviced my tv after 2 days when i ON the tv i can see the light comes from the tv like leaking light from the sides of tv. I asked the guy what is this he said we put glue after some it will get stick together but am not convinced because no glue will takes weeks and month to stick so i said after two week i will if the problem persists i will claim my warranty which is 2 months given by the urban company. After 2 weeks the light from the sides i can see so i booked revisit same guy came after 4 days of booking took the tv and after 3 days he gave us the tv on march 24 after somedays march 30 tv is not working again. So i try to claim warranty but i cant claim so chat with customer service representative he said we arrange call back march 31 urban company representative called me and said i can't arrange revisit because there is no option showing for revisit so i will give you refund you can book again and give the money to the new guy because same issue maybe persists so i asked if something happends other than led light something like mother board problem what i can do he said we are there and we will sort the problem so i trusted the guy and accepted for refund because they said we dont have any other option. So april 1 i book again new tv technician came and said that led is gone and also circuit board is gone and i have to pay 4400 for led light 1800 for circuit and 350 for visting charge so i have to pay now 6500 again for the issue. If all happends because of the cheap quality of led light which was installed by titus so the bad led light now spoils the mother board and i have to pay 1800rs extra for the mistake they done. I askes customer care they said we cannot do anything as we initiated refund the ticket is closed now you should pay again for that 2 months warranty will be issued once the work is done. I am having 2 months warranty but before that they closes the issue and saying that warranty is not included we closed the ticket now. Am very upset now i have to pat 1800 rs extra and this things continues for nealry month.
