So far, so good. Urbanic is working on building a stronger response system and taking steps to address most of the complaints. While there's room for growth, their efforts show a positive trend in customer support. We hope Urbanic will keep up the work and continue to help more customers with their concerns even better 🤝
If ordered for the pickup and refund of a pink ruffle blazer dress on 3/4/23 and even after contacting customer service multiple times it hasn't been done
All they keep telling me is someone will pick it up in 24-48hrs

I ordered 2 jeans from urbanic on 29 march and it is prepaid and its been in transit till now (7 april 2023) please deliver it im afraid they wont deliver it
