I ordered a dress today morning 07/04/2023 whose payment was successful. My money was debited and transferred to Maysquare pvt Ltd. With reference no.[protected].But it did not reflect on urbanic site and they are still asking for payment and my order is pending on Proccessing even after 4 hours.

    I had ordered wide leg jeans worth 887 from urbanic on 21st jan 2023 and returned it on 25th jan 2023 due to size differences. I paid via google pay. It has been over two months I've not received my refund of Rs 887.
