[Resolved]  Vasanth And Co — LED TV delivered with Scratches

I purchased 42 inch Onida Smart TV, from Vasanth and co Tambaram branch, I was told its a new piece that would be delivered from the godown but when they delivered the TV had 2 scratches in the front screen and multiple scratches on the back side. This was escalated to the dealer (Vasanth & Co) immediately after delivery but didn't get any resolution yet. (4 months) I tried reaching the Onida customer care, initially a service person checked the TV and confirmed it was a manufacturing issue, when I tried reaching his manager he asked me to send in all the photographs of the TV. After few weeks he came back saying this cant be replaced. i am confused now what to be done with this issue. Purchased the TV for 60K with no value for money. Everybody are pinpointing hand on others with no responsible answer. Really frustrated with this issue. Please help to get a resolution of replacing the TV. My details: M.
