I purchased ONIDA TV from vasanth and co at Karaikudi branch in last year may (2022 may). Now my TV got fault and same was informed to Vasanth and co customer care on 20th Feb 2023. Then after four days the technician came and said both panel and board got faulted it will be replaced. Till now no one came and resolved this issue. Around 3 weeks completed. I don't know the why the spares got faulty within 8 months. Whether vasanth and co saled some unreliable appliances or it's a manufacturing defect.
