This is to inform that as per Vasanth and Co info, we contacted your 3rd party Service Center "Sri Vijayalakshmi Refrigeration".
Technician (named Mr. ParthaSarathy) visited, inspected and whatever he said and needs to change gets changed with an amount of INR 4, 400.00 on 13 July 2022.
Attached bill copy for your reference.
From 14th (the very next day), we are noticing the same problem like before (water leakage).
We reached their office, informed them to send the Technician again.
Called many times including the Technician.
Very poor response and worst attitude.
Attached the screenshot of the call register to their office and the Technician.
No re-visit from them until now.
We trust Vasanth and Co and purchased all our household products from your outlet. Meantime, after sales support should be provided the same hospitality like sales which is missing here.
Hope this matter will be considered as atmost priority and appreciate your prompt response ASAP.
